Interested in working with/for Optimystics?

We are pioneering an innovative business model that is made possible by RetroPGF and other Web3 public goods funding mechanisms. This business model is an early experiment so we can’t make any guarantees at this point, but we intend to give a portion of revenues to participants who earn respect at two weekly events that we host: Optimism Fractal and Eden Fractal.

We want these events to provide a place for anyone to earn OP while having fun by helping the Optimism Collective. All funds are distributed by the Optimism Foundation and subject to their terms. While we are in an early stage of development with limited resources and can’t promise many opportunities now, we aim to develop relationships with talented people who are interested in helping achieve the Optimistic Vision as we grow.
