As Director of Developer Relations at Mode Network, one of the fastest-growing L2 networks in the Superchain, Crypto Fede plays a crucial role in fostering developer adoption. Working with over 30 developers at Mode, he focuses on building integrations with the Superchain. After joining Optimism Fractal events, where he expressed great appreciation for learning about Superchain interactions and discovering various community calls, Fede went on to participate in Optimism Grants Council events and other ecosystem initiatives. He was invited by Deez, Mode's growth marketing lead, who has also participated in Eden Fractal and Optimism Fractal events. The Mode team has expressed strong interest in integrating the Respect Game and fractal processes into their community through a Mode Fractal, demonstrating how Optimism Fractal helps spread effective coordination tools across the Superchain.
