The players first need to reach consensus on who did the most to help Optimism in the past week, then who helped the second most and third most and so forth….
The goal of the game is to determine the relative positive impact created by participants and award everyone for helping
The challenge is that each group needs to 2/3rds consensus determine their relative contributions
The award is respect. If the players can reach a supermajority consensus before the end of the game, then everyone is awarded with Respect and the players get more Respect when they achieve a higher rank

Maybe something like this would help explain it to people more clearly. Our audience is very smart but very busy and to some extent we still need to explain it like they are 5. the overview should be simple, clear, and fun
