Welcome to the Respect Game, where your contributions build a stronger community!

Objective: Engage with your community, share your contributions, and earn respect points for your efforts.

Setup:

1. Form Groups: Gather in small groups, ideally 6 people.
2. Schedule Meetings: Arrange regular meetings (e.g., weekly).

Gameplay:

1. Share Contributions: Each player shares what they've done for the community (4 minutes max).
2. Discussion: Briefly discuss each contribution.
3. Rank Contributions: Secretly rank each contribution in terms of impact and helpfulness.
4. Award Respect Points: Points are given based on rankings. More impactful contributions earn more points.

Scoring:

• Points are awarded using a predefined system (e.g., Fibonacci sequence).
• Keep track of points over time to see your growing contributions.

Winning:

• The game is ongoing. There’s no single winner.
• Aim to accumulate respect points and strengthen the community.

End Game:

• The game doesn’t have an end. It’s a continuous cycle of contribution and recognition.
