add an hour from below one hour we start getting 19 mask to 186 in Moscow and
7:57
me 8 pm 8 pm We open a call
8:03
leaders and we do it fractally. Remember
8:09
which didn’t go anywhere And yesterday I just had a vision that here it is
8:15
the time has come to make add a fractal start making a fractal And now it will be
8:22
differently because something happened that I wanted to say
8:27
this hour until 9 from 8 to 9 we do on
8:32
two parts first part 20 minutes this is the gathering general gathering we check that everyone is there
8:40
so that there are nicknames there. This is a leadership call, this will be a leadership zoom
8:45
and we will Zoom broadcast here on the channel on the broadcast of The Fifth Element we will broadcast it
8:53
broadcast to my channel, we will broadcast it to another couple of channels because there is such a function and we’ll set it up
9:01
via lbs we take the broadcast Zoom picture of it as a camera we give
9:08
Telegram and Telegram thinks that this is a camera but this is actually a camera and what am I for example
9:17
I will see it will be broadcast live
9:22
to air The Fifth Element and this way people can just come an hour earlier and
9:28
look see what will happen in Zoom like a call and remember how we have
9:37
there was a fractal This is the second part we all gathered for 20 minutes and discussed the most simple announcements and so dry
9:44
specific announcements, they did something, they launched us 20
9:50
then expand 9 o'clock We open the part where questions are answered and news and
9:57
then a party and the second part is 40 minutes with us How
10:02
Do you remember we divide everyone into rooms of 5-6 people, there is such a function when
10:08
the organizer can randomly everyone who is currently on the call
10:14
mix and 5-6 people
10:19
placing them in separate rooms is a very cool feature of Zoom has not yet
10:27
suggested nothing like that will work, I have a bonus
10:35
In it, we use this function to teleport everyone from the common hall to rooms
10:43
and in these rooms every week players and leaders will be able to meet and mix
10:51
and you can get into the room with the keeper, you can get into the room with Igor, you can get into the room with me
10:57
maybe we're all together in one room we don't know everyone every week we
11:02
we get such a surprise And when you get into the room
11:09
you have 40 minutes for five people six people six
11:14
people, let’s say, spoke for three minutes, everyone has three minutes in total 18
11:21
and expresses in three minutes you say Who you are and what was your What was your
11:29
a gift
11:35
or 25 people or you closed [music]
11:45
either you wrote an update or you wrote some developments
11:52
posts Or you made instructions, you’re telling this
12:02
everyone spoke out, telling simply what exactly this is about
12:09
in his class in the remaining there how many 22 minutes gets
12:17
everyone who is in the room they find something from someone from everyone from everyone from
12:24
shared that I made such and such a gift, there is something
12:29
You can also praise us using high vibration words
12:35
These are positive words: Magnificent
12:40
gorgeous amazing we're raising the vibrations
12:46
everyone who is in this room we have because everyone did something
12:52
came to talk about it or even just came and looks great
12:59
and so on and here we will be
13:07
Well, we will receive feedback, we will share knowledge, we will just communicate and meet because I
13:13
To be honest, I miss Serpukhov, how many months have passed? And this thing
13:19
in my opinion, this hour before the evening shohruz, it can not only replace us
13:28
Serpukhov, but he will give us this opportunity to communicate live and I have an idea about how
13:36
do what we did then with ranks, spending evaluation
13:43
I don’t want to add such energy of condemnation and there is such an option that
13:52
we'll start without anything at all, we'll just say good things
13:58
time to tell who what happened
14:05
will be clearly structured But because otherwise three minutes and this is very good
14:11
exercise to learn to speak and
14:20
after we talk for 40 minutes in rooms A We return to the common lobby
14:26
